Your right of withdrawal
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you received your order.
After submitting the request:
- you will receive automatic confirmation by email;
- you must return the products within a maximum of 14 days;
- the refund will be processed after receipt of the products or proof of shipment.
Unless otherwise stated, return costs are borne by the customer.

How does it work?
1. Identify the order
Enter the order number and the email used for the purchase.
2. Confirm the request
Click "Exercise right of withdrawal" and confirm the operation.
3. Receive confirmation
We will immediately send a confirmation by email.
4. Return the order
After the request, you have 14 days to ship the products for return.
You can return your item to our warehouse using one of the following methods:
If you received your order via the courier Nacex, please wait and the courier will collect the parcel within two working days of the date on which you exercised your right of withdrawal
If you received your order via Inpost or DHL, you can use the carrier’s ‘return’ label that we included inside the parcel box. You should stick the label onto the parcel and hand it in at one of the respective carrier’s collection points.

In all cases, you must include a printout of the automated email you will receive inside the parcel.
5. Receive the refund
The refund will be made within the legal deadline, using the same payment method.
