Right of Free Resolution

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, the consumer has the right to freely terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without having to give any reason.
If you wish to exercise this right, you can do so in your customer area by freely selecting the order/product(s) you wish to return, thus automatically initiating the termination of the purchase contract. Alternatively, you can do so using the form below.

Your right of withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you received your order.

After submitting the request:

you will receive automatic confirmation by email;
you must return the products within a maximum of 14 days;
the refund will be processed after receipt of the products or proof of shipment.

Unless otherwise stated, return costs are borne by the customer.

How does it work?

1. Identify the order

Enter the order number and the email used for the purchase.

2. Confirm the request

Click "Exercise right of withdrawal" and confirm the operation.

3. Receive confirmation

We will immediately send a confirmation by email.

4. Return the order

After the request, you have 14 days to ship the products for return.

5. Receive the refund

The refund will be made within the legal deadline, using the same payment method.
