Prof reserves the right not to process orders received from
users who are not "Consumers" and any other order which does not
comply with the Seller’s business policy. The "Consumer" should
undertake to provide correct and accurate e-mail or postal address, or other
contact details to the "Seller" and acknowledge that the

A1. The Loyalty Programme We Are PROF rewards Customers for purchases made in PROF shops and at www.profonlinestore.com.
A2. Membership of the loyalty programme is free of charge and enables the accumulation of benefits for purchases made and also access to offers, exclusive promotions and to receive emails from the PROF marketing newsletter and SMS's from PROF. Membership is achieved through the creation of a registered customer account.
A4. All Customers with a Customer account registered at www.profonlinestore.com will automatically benefit from the loyalty programme from the first purchase made after the start of the loyalty programme (1/3/2023), with only purchases made after that date counting towards the loyalty programme.
A5. For each purchase made, registered in the customer account, a benefit in euros will be generated that can be used as a discount on future purchases. For more details on these benefits, please see the section "Benefits ".
A6. It is the Customer's responsibility, at the time of each purchase, and before making the payment and the invoice is issued, to indicate, proactively or when requested, an identifying element associated to their customer account (mobile phone number or email address) so that they have access to all the benefits of the loyalty programme.
A7. It is only possible to associate a purchase and its respective value to a Customer account when the purchase is made and paid.
A8. PROF reserves the right to cancel, substitute or alter the loyalty programme without prior warning.
A9. PROF reserves the right to exclude any Costumer from the loyalty programme whenever it detects improper use of the same.
B1. The benefit is generated on all paid and uncancelled orders placed in all PROF shops.
B2. The benefit generated in a purchase may be used on new purchases from the day after the respective invoice date.
B3. The benefits generated are valid for 180 days if not used or if there is no purchase within this period. Whenever a purchase is made, the expiration date of the available balance of the benefit is extended for another 180 days. If the customer makes no purchase during 180 days, the benefit balance will be lost.
B4. You can use the benefit as a discount on purchases whenever your benefit balance/value is equal to or greater than 10€.
B5. Calculation of the benefit:
The benefit generated when buying products with a discount, sale or promotion is less than the benefit generated when buying products without any discount, as follows.
Benefit generated when buying products without a discount: every 1€ in purchases generates 0.05€. The benefit is calculated based on the final invoice amount (the amount actually paid by the Customer), rounded up to the whole amount by default.
Example 1: Purchase in the amount of 120.5€ ; Generated benefit: 120€ x 0.05€ = 6€.
Example 2: Purchase of 140€ where the Customer will use 13€ of loyalty credit. The amount payable will be 140€ - 13€ = 127€; Benefit generated: 127€ x 0.05€ = 6.35€.
Benefit generated when buying products with a discount, sale or promotion: for every 1€ in purchases, 0.025€ is generated. The benefit is calculated based on the final invoice amount (the amount actually paid by the Customer), rounded up to the whole amount by default.
B6. PROF reserves the right to alter the value of the benefits without prior warning.
B7. The benefit and the respective balance are not convertible into cash and may only be used for purchases in PROF physical stores or in the PROF online shop.
B8. Whenever a purchase is cancelled or returned, the points generated with this purchase will be subtracted from the Customer's benefit balance. Whenever the Customer's benefit balance is lower than the points that must be returned, the difference will be deducted from the refund to be made. Likewise, any benefits consumed in the same purchase shall be refunded to the Customer.
Access to information
C1. The Customer has free access to all information relating to all benefits generated and consumed/used. The Customer may consult this information in all PROF shops and in the customer area of the online shop at www.profonlinestore.com.
C2. To have access to this information in an online format, the Customer who registers in a physical store must subsequently complete their online registration.
C3. Whenever the Customer's benefit balance changes, the Customer will receive an SMS (text message) on the mobile phone number indicated during registration. After creating the registration you will receive an automatic email with a link to complete the registration.
