FAST REFUND
The refund will be processed very quickly, within a few days of receiving your return, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for a refund to be credited to your credit card will always depend on your bank.
You can also choose to receive a voucher to use on a future purchase.
The refunded amount only covers the value of the returned items and does not include any other costs incurred by the customer at the time of purchase, such as shipping costs.
READ BEFORE RETURNING
Exchanges and returns will be accepted respecting the following rules:
- If you want to exchange your item, you can do so for a different size or colour.
- If you want to exchange for a different item, you must first return your item and then buy a new one.
- The products must not show signs of having been washed or used.
- Products (with the exception of underwear) can only be tried on to test size and shape, but cannot be used. If signs of use are identified, even if they are the result of experimentation, we will not accept the return.
- The products must present their original characteristics.
- The products are complete with all the elements that compose it (eg both items of a pair of shoes, boxes and labels and other elements that are inside the shipping box or the product box).
- The original packaging must not be damaged.
- Men's, Women's or Children's underwear products can only be returned if the packages remain sealed.
- Ladies bath products can be returned if you keep the hygiene sticker.
- Products that have been tampered with or that show signs of use, even if they are the result of experimentation, are not accepted. Products that have been tampered with or that show signs of use are not accepted, for example: perfume odour, perspiration odour, tobacco odour, make-up stains or marks, any type of stain or mark or odour.
NOTE: If your return does not comply with any of these rules, we will not be able to accept it. In this case, we will send the product back to the address you used to place the order. The cost of shipping is 15 euros, payable in advance. Our customer service will help with this procedure. The customer has 15 days to make the payment. If payment has not been made by the end of this period, we reserve the right to destroy the product in question.

Returning products purchased as discounted sets/bundles: If you have purchased items as a discounted set and wish to return one of the items, you must return all items in your order, not just one.

For purchases made at PROF´s physical stores in Portugal we only allow exchanges and for items of equal or greater value. Items must be in perfect condition and duly accompanied by the invoice.
