Law No. 93/2021, which establishes the general regime for the protection of whistleblowers of violations, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law, created the obligation to implement internal reporting channels and procedures to ensure compliance with the principles underlying this new legal framework. For this purpose, PROF (Santos & Juniores, SA) provides this reporting channel, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
