How it works? Every time you buy at a PROF store or online store you will accumulate: - 5% of each product purchase without discounts. - 2.5% off every purchase of discounted products. When you reach at least €10 you can cash your balance. All purchases generate discounts!

What are the advantages? The accumulated discounts can be used on any purchase at any PROF store. Discounts are valid for 180 days. Early access to promotions, sales and blackfriday periods.

Welcome to the "We Are PROF " Loyalty Programme.

By registering as a PROF costumer in the online shop or in a PROF shop, you are associated with the loyalty programme in which you earn discounts on all purchases. The programme is currently available in the online shop and will gradualy become available in all PROF shops. To know if your preferred shop already has the loyalty programme, please send an email to prof@profonlinestore.com.

What do you get with this loyalty programme?
For every 1€ in purchases you get 0,05€ for futures purchases (or 0,025€ when buying products on promotions, sales, other discounts).
The benefit amount will appear in your Costumer account after the order is invoiced/shipped and can be used from the following day.
You can redeem your credit whenever you accumulate at least 10€.
The values generated are valid for 180 days.

1. What is the WE ARE PROF programme?

It is a loyalty programme for PROF customers where each purchase made in any PROF shop or in the profonlinestore.com online shop generates a benefit in value that can be used as a discount on a future purchase. The WE ARE PROF programme also allows you to access promotions, private sales and to receive by email information about products, new arrivals and special offers.

2. How are points and discounts calculated?

The benefit is calculated based on the final invoice amount (the amount actually paid by the Customer), rounded up to the whole amount by default.

a. Products with no discount: every 1€ in purchases generates 0.05€. The benefit is calculated based on the final invoice amount (the amount actually paid by the Customer), rounded up to the whole amount by default.

b. Products with discounts, sales or promotions: every 1€ in purchases generates 0.025€. The benefit is calculated based on the final value of the invoice (the amount actually paid by the Customer), rounded up to the whole amount by default.

PROF reserves the right to alter the valuation of benefits without prior warning.

The calculation of the benefit is always made based on the amount paid by the Customer excluding cents. Example: If the customer has paid 80.5€, the benefit will be 80€ x 0.05€ = 4€

3. How do I know what balance I have available for cashing?

Whenever your balance changes, you will receive an SMS indicating the amount available and its expiration date. You can also consult all movements and the total amount of discount available and its expiration date in your online customer area at profonlinestore.com. You can also request this information from a PROF Store employee or from the customer support contacts.

4. How long is the benefit valid?

The benefits generated have a 180-day validity period if not used or if there is no purchase within 180 days. Whenever you make a purchase, the expiration date of the available benefit balance is extended for another 180 days.

5. When can I use my benefit balance?

You can use it from the day following the day in which it was generated.

6. Can I convert my value benefit balance into cash?

No. The loyalty programme balance is not convertible into cash or any other means of payment.

7. What is the maximum discount I can use in one purchase?

There is no maximum value, you can for example use your balance to pay for the entire amount purchased.

8. Can I partially use the value accumulated in my loyalty programme balance?

No, whenever you use your balance as a discount on a purchase you will have to use the total amount accumulated. If you want to make a purchase of less than the value of your balance, you will lose the difference between the value of the purchase and the value of the balance. No change will be given in these cases.

9. In a purchase where I use the discounted benefit balance, will I also accumulate for a future purchase?

Yes, provided that in this purchase you make some payment. It is the amount actually paid that is used to calculate your benefit.

10. Joining the loyalty programme WE ARE PROF

All customers can join the programme. The membership in a PROF physical store will be done by a PROF employee, simultaneously with your purchase. The membership in the online shop is automatic when you create a customer account.

11. How do I ensure that my purchases accumulate for the loyalty programme?

Online purchases accumulate automatically without any intervention from the Customer.

For purchases made in physical stores it is the Customer's responsibility, at the moment of each purchase, before making the payment and the invoice is issued, to provide his mobile phone number or email address. Without this information we will not be able to consider your purchase for the purposes of the loyalty programme.

We Are PROF

The Loyalty Programme We Are PROF is owned by Santos & Juniores, S.A., Rua Manuel Dias nº 782, 4495-129 Amorim - Póvoa de Varzim hereinafter referred to as "PROF".

Scope

A1. The Loyalty Programme We Are PROF rewards Customers for purchases made in PROF shops and at www.profonlinestore.com.

A2. Membership of the loyalty programme is free of charge and enables the accumulation of benefits for purchases made and also access to offers, exclusive promotions and to receive emails from the PROF marketing newsletter and SMS's from PROF. Membership is achieved through the creation of a registered customer account.

A3. By creating a registered customer account in the online shop or in a physical store you expressly accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

A4. All Customers with a Customer account registered at www.profonlinestore.com will automatically benefit from the loyalty programme from the first purchase made after the start of the loyalty programme (1/3/2023), with only purchases made after that date counting towards the loyalty programme.

A5. For each purchase made, registered in the customer account, a benefit in euros will be generated that can be used as a discount on future purchases. For more details on these benefits, please see the section "Benefits".

A6. It is the Customer's responsibility, at the time of each purchase, and before making the payment and the invoice is issued, to indicate, proactively or when requested, an identifying element associated to their customer account (mobile phone number or email address) so that they have access to all the benefits of the loyalty programme.

A7. It is only possible to associate a purchase and its respective value to a Customer account when the purchase is made and paid.

A8. PROF reserves the right to cancel, substitute or alter the loyalty programme without prior warning.

A9. PROF reserves the right to exclude any Costumer from the loyalty programme whenever it detects improper use of the same.

Benefit

B1. The benefit is generated on all paid and uncancelled orders placed in all PROF shops.

B2. The benefit generated in a purchase may be used on new purchases from the day after the respective invoice date.

B3. The benefits generated are valid for 180 days if not used or if there is no purchase within this period. Whenever a purchase is made, the expiration date of the available balance of the benefit is extended for another 180 days. If the customer makes no purchase during 180 days, the benefit balance will be lost.

B4. You can use the benefit as a discount on purchases whenever your benefit balance/value is equal to or greater than 10€.

B5. Calculation of the benefit:

The benefit generated when buying products with a discount, sale or promotion is less than the benefit generated when buying products without any discount, as follows.

Benefit generated when buying products without a discount: every 1€ in purchases generates 0.05€. The benefit is calculated based on the final invoice amount (the amount actually paid by the Customer), rounded up to the whole amount by default.

Example 1: Purchase in the amount of 120.5€ ; Generated benefit: 120€ x 0.05€ = 6€.

Example 2: Purchase of 140€ where the Customer will use 13€ of loyalty credit. The amount payable will be 140€ - 13€ = 127€; Benefit generated: 127€ x 0.05€ = 6.35€.

Benefit generated when buying products with a discount, sale or promotion: for every 1€ in purchases, 0.025€ is generated. The benefit is calculated based on the final invoice amount (the amount actually paid by the Customer), rounded up to the whole amount by default.

B6. PROF reserves the right to alter the value of the benefits without prior warning.

B7. The benefit and the respective balance are not convertible into cash and may only be used for purchases in PROF physical stores or in the PROF online shop.

B8. Whenever a purchase is cancelled or returned, the points generated with this purchase will be subtracted from the Customer's benefit balance. Whenever the Customer's benefit balance is lower than the points that must be returned, the difference will be deducted from the refund to be made. Likewise, any benefits consumed in the same purchase shall be refunded to the Customer.

Access to information

C1. The Customer has free access to all information relating to all benefits generated and consumed/used. The Customer may consult this information in all PROF shops and in the customer area of the online shop at www.profonlinestore.com.

C2. To have access to this information in an online format, the Customer who registers in a physical store must subsequently complete their online registration.

C3. Whenever the Customer's benefit balance changes, the Customer will receive an SMS (text message) on the mobile phone number indicated during registration. After creating the registration you will receive an automatic email with a link to complete the registration.
