Shipping & Returns

  • Free Shipping

    If you make a purchase that exceeds the threshold relevant to your delivery country or to an available campaign, you will receive free delivery. If you are not able to accept your order for the first time and wish a new shipment, even if the article exceeds the minimum amount, shipping costs must be charged.


    Minimum amount to apply for free shipping:


    Spain (except Islands) and Madeira and Azores Islands: 75.00€


    Austria, Balearic and the Canary Islands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and United Kingdom: 150.00€

    Jersey Island: 250.00€

    Croatia, Finland, Sweden and Switzerland: 300.00€

  • Shipping

    Your order will be shipped from 2 to 6 days depending on available stock. If this term is not enough please contact our Customer Care Service (prof@prof.pt or +351252298085) and we will try to satisfy your request.


    We deliver products from Monday through Friday. We do not ship on certain Holidays. We can only fulfill an order to a delivery address which is a home or office address. No P.O. Boxes are accepted.

  • Delivery Term

    - Portugal and Spain (except Islands): until 1 working day after dispatch
    - Madeira Island: between 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
    - Azores Islands: between 2 to 5 working days after dispatch
    - Remaining destinations: between 3 to 7 working days after dispatch

  • Exchange and Returns

    If your order does not fit or doesn’t please you, you can always place an exchange or ask for the refund.
    In our stores we can only allow exchanges and for items of the same amount or higher. Items must be in perfect conditions and always delivered with the original purchase receipt.
    * A credit note issued by Prof online shop lasts 6 months and can be used either at our website or at our stores


    You can also request a home collection (free service only available in Portugal) or send the item by Normal Post (applicable to all other countries).

     

    To make a request to exchange or return an online order, you must:


    1. Sign into your account
    2. Go to “Order record”
    3. Select the Order no. you want to exchange
    4. Select Return/Exchange and follow the steps

    Your refund will be processed in the following days by the same payment method used. Items must be in perfect conditions and always delivered with the original purchase receipt.

    NOTE: PROF CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WASHING AND/OR DRYING OF THE PRODUCTS.

  • Requirements to be fulfilled in case of exchange or return

    We accept exchanges and returns as long as:


    - The products are unwashed and not used in any way (unless we have indicated otherwise, you are allowed to try shoes on for fit but you cannot wear them);
    - The product is in its original shape;
    - The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned).
    - You cannot return products that have been changed or appear having been used.
    - We cannot accept returns at our stores.

  • Shipping rates in case of exchange or return

    Returns in www.profonlinestore.com are always free of charge.


    Portugal: Free Returns through home collection.
